Indian Field Gun

The Indian Field Gun is India's domestically developed 105 mm towed field-gun family, spanning the heavier Indian Field Gun and lighter Light Field Gun variants. Built for frontier and mountain artillery, it remained relevant to LoC fire support in reporting around the 2019 India-Pakistan Border Skirmishes, even as the Indian Army moved toward newer 155 mm systems.

During the 2019 India-Pakistan Border Skirmishes, The Times of India described repeated cross-border duels involving light artillery guns along the LoC; this entry conservatively maps that use to the Indian 105 mm field-gun family because the article does not name the exact model.
