In the Boko Haram Insurgency, open-source reporting and arms-control research identify the Super SASS as a rare rifle associated with Boko Haram and ISWAP-linked materiel, probably entering the conflict through Nigerian military procurement and subsequent capture, diversion, or recovery evidence.
