Conflict Usage

Side
🏳️Unspecified

Reported conflict-theater deployment rather than confirmed weapons release: in December 2016, open-source reporting said one, possibly two, Russian Oscar II-class SSGNs were operating in the eastern Mediterranean near NATO carrier groups supporting anti-ISIS operations off Syria. I found no public evidence that an Oscar II fired weapons in Syria.
