The Project 1164 Atlant / Slava-class guided-missile cruiser is a Soviet-designed cruiser class built for the Soviet Navy at the 61 Communards shipyard in Mykolaiv. The class paired heavyweight anti-ship missiles with layered air defense, a twin 130 mm gun, and helicopter support, and its lead ship Moskva became the Black Sea Fleet flagship before sinking in 2022 during the Russia-Ukraine War.
