The Eos C VTOL is documented in Ukrainian use during the full-scale phase of the 2014 Russia-Ukraine War through Ukrainian charity records, donor reporting, and manufacturer context. In 2022, Lithuanian crowdfunding bought EOS C VTOL reconnaissance drones for Ukraine while Ukrainian operators were training on the system. Transfer and fielding timeline

Public reporting places the first documented Ukraine-linked EOS C VTOL transfer activity in June 2022, when Lithuanian fundraising bought the aircraft for Ukraine. Ukrinform reported on June 10, 2022 that four additional EOS C VTOL reconnaissance drones had been purchased and that Ukrainian operators were already training. Battlefield role

In Ukrainian service, the Eos C VTOL appears as a tactical reconnaissance and targeting-support UAV rather than a strike aircraft.
