The Raptor-class patrol boat, Russian Project 03160, is a Pella-built high-speed coastal patrol and anti-sabotage craft for Russian Navy littoral security, special-operations transport, and rescue work. Its armored hull, waterjet propulsion, and 20-person troop compartment made it a common Black Sea Fleet utility boat before losses in the Russia-Ukraine War.

Conflict Usage

Russian Project 03160 Raptor-class patrol and assault boats were used around Mariupol, Snake Island, and the Black Sea littoral during the Russo-Ukrainian War. Ukrainian forces destroyed or damaged multiple Raptor-class boats in 2022, including Bayraktar TB2 strikes near Snake Island, and Oryx visually confirmed several Raptor-class losses or damage cases.
