The Raptor-class patrol boat, Russian Project 03160, is a Pella-built high-speed coastal patrol and anti-sabotage craft for Russian Navy littoral security, special-operations transport, and rescue work. Its armored hull, waterjet propulsion, and 20-person troop compartment made it a common Black Sea Fleet utility boat before losses in the 2014 Russia-Ukraine War.
