Direct proof of use
The INKAS Titan-S appears in the 2014 Russia-Ukraine War record through open-source video identification, field reporting, transfer tracking, and loss documentation. Army Recognition reported on December 10, 2022 that Ukrainian soldiers had received an undisclosed number of Titan-S 4x4 armored vehicles after a video posted on VK on December 9 showed Titan-S vehicles driving through snow near the Pripyat amusement park in northern Ukraine.
The Defense Post separately reported on December 13, 2022 that Ukrainian forces were shown maneuvering several Titan-S armored personnel carriers in Pripyat near the Ukraine-Belarus border. Oryx later listed INKAS Titan-S 4x4s among heavy weaponry supplied to Ukraine and recorded 13 visually documented Ukrainian Titan-S losses, all listed as destroyed.

Timeline
The first supported public appearance in this record is the December 9, 2022 video cited by Army Recognition. That report identified the location as Pripyat by the amusement park ferris wheel and stated that no official information had been released on the sale of the vehicles.
By December 13, The Defense Post described the same theater appearance as several UAE-made Titan-S vehicles being maneuvered by Ukrainian forces. Oryx's equipment-supply inventory also places INKAS Titan-S 4x4s in the December 2022 delivery context for Ukraine.

Narrative
The documented Ukrainian use was as a protected mobility platform rather than as a strike system. The Titan-S is a 4x4 armored personnel carrier, and the sources connect it to Ukrainian troop movement and maneuver in the northern theater near Pripyat during the full-scale phase of the war.
The available public evidence does not establish an official donor announcement, contract route, or total quantity delivered. It does, however, support that the type was fielded by Ukraine: the December 2022 video was identified by two defense outlets, Oryx tracked the vehicle in the supplied-to-Ukraine inventory, and Oryx's loss list recorded multiple visually documented destroyed Ukrainian examples.
