The GBU-63 JDAM-ER is the 1,000-pound extended-range JDAM designation associated with the Mk 83 bomb body. It fits the same nominal weight class as the GBU-32 but adds the JDAM-ER wing-kit concept for substantially longer standoff release range.
The GBU-63 applies the JDAM-ER wing-kit concept to the 1,000-pound Mk 83 warhead class.
