GÖKDOĞAN is TÜBİTAK SAGE's Turkish beyond-visual-range member of the GÖKTUĞ air-to-air missile family. Official and defense-industry sources describe a 65+ km active-radar missile with lock-on-after-launch, datalink target updates, MIL-STD-1553/MIL-STD-1760 and LAU-129 compatibility, F-16 test firings, and a 2025 Bayraktar KIZILELMA wing-station firing against a jet-powered target.
GÖKDOĞAN and BOZDOĞAN are the beyond-visual-range and within-visual-range air-to-air missile configurations developed under the GÖKTUĞ project.
