Direct proof of use
C2BMC was used as part of the integrated missile-defense response to Iran's April 13-14, 2024 attack on Israel. In written House Armed Services Committee testimony, Missile Defense Agency Director Lt. Gen. Heath Collins described the April 13 Iranian barrage and said that MDA provided an integrated layered defense by networking Aegis, THAAD, and U.S. Patriot systems with Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications software.
The same testimony grouped C2BMC systems with Aegis, THAAD, AN/TPY-2 radars, and the Israeli Missile Defense System among MDA-developed or co-developed capabilities that protected Israel, neighboring nations, and U.S. and international military forces during Iranian and Huthi missile attacks. Collins separately stated that C2BMC had proved its value in real-world Middle East combat operations by enabling remote engagements by Aegis, THAAD, and Israeli systems and by combining overhead and terrestrial sensor data.

Timeline
Late on April 13 and early on April 14, 2024, Iran and aligned groups launched a mixed strike package toward Israel. U.S. Defense Department reporting said the attack included more than 110 medium-range ballistic missiles, more than 30 land-attack cruise missiles, and more than 150 uncrewed aerial vehicles launched from Iran, Syria, and Yemen.
After the attack, U.S. officials described a combined defense by U.S., Israeli, and partner forces. The Defense Department said U.S. Central Command forces, supported by USS Arleigh Burke and USS Carney, destroyed more than 80 one-way attack UAVs and at least six ballistic missiles, while Collins' later MDA testimony identified C2BMC as part of the command-and-control network behind the layered missile-defense response.

Role in the exchange
C2BMC was not an interceptor or strike weapon in the exchange. Its documented role was battle management: linking sensors, shooters, and command nodes so the layered defense could share tracks, extend engagement ranges, and support remote engagements against ballistic missiles and unmanned aerial systems.
The public record supports C2BMC as a U.S.-operated missile-defense command-and-control layer supporting Israel's defensive side of the April 2024 exchange. It does not identify an Israeli-owned C2BMC node, nor does it publish a shot-by-shot allocation of which interceptors relied on C2BMC data during the April attack.
